Face to Face Personal Training
For those who thrive with in-person coaching, our face-to-face personal training offers hands-on support tailored to your goals. With expert guidance on technique, motivation, and structured programming, each session is designed to help you move efficiently and train with purpose. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to train effectively while working towards your goals. Located in New Farm, Brisbane.
Inclusions:

Programming Only
If you’re confident in the gym but need structure, our programming-only option provides a clear, progressive plan tailored to your goals. With evidence-based training methods and a focus on long-term results, you’ll have a roadmap to strength, fitness, and consistency, without the guesswork. Train at your own pace while following a program that keeps you challenged and progressing.
